Ninja Instructor: Terri Johnson
Terri Johnson became a licensed residential real estate salesperson in 1990. Though she has an extensive sales background, her passion and primary focus have been training, coaching, and mentoring both new and experienced agents. She has conducted both training and coaching for Dutra Realty, Prudential California Realty, and Preferred Real Estate Group. Terri is trained and certified with an extensive background in both relocation and "short sale" transactions.
Terri is a Certified Ninja Trainer and Coach. She has studied the system under Larry Kendall, Founder of Ninja and Walt Frey, CRS Senior Instructor and designer of the Ninja Selling Program. She is experienced in and dedicated to the Ninja Selling Program. She truly believes it enriches not only an agent's professional life, but their personal life as well.
Her goal is to enable everyone to have a life filled with meaning and purpose, and to be effective, efficient, and successful in the real estate industry. Terri believes that these concepts will reach beyond the professional career and into their personal lives.
Terri's wonderful husband Larry is her right hand man. He has been her biggest fan for years. He has served since 1972 in the US Army and is currently a Command Sergeant Major. He also has held a Real Estate broker's license for over 30 years.
Larry and Terri have 3 wonderful grown sons and one daughter-in-law. Their family time is of the utmost importance.
