Larry Kendall holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University and has engaged in the real estate business for 33 years. He is one of the founding partners of The Group, Inc., a real estate company that is owned equally by its sales associates and staff. The group has 230 sales associates in 7 offices in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and Windsor, Colorado areas.
In 2005, Realtor Magazine named The Group, Inc. “The Most Productive Real Estate Company in the United States”, as measured by transactions per sales associate.

Larry is married and has two children. His wife, Pat, is a professor of nutrition at Colorado State University. Larry and his family enjoy outdoor activities and spending time in their second home on Lake Dillon, Colorado. In 2001, Larry and Pat received the MS Hope Award for their service to Fort Collins and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
