2007 Ninja Nation / REAL Trends SUMMIT

Real estate professionals, whether in sales or management, are faced with the challenge of serving a demanding housing consumer. Strategies and tactics from the past will not be effective in the future. The Ninja Nation/REAL Trends Summit provides answers to this challenge through an innovative three-day program.

  • For all participants, a thorough one-day Ninja program to understand how to achieve success in sales and management leadership.
  • For sales professionals and managers, a two-day program that teaches the Ninja approach to becoming a Master in your sales career.
  • For CEOs, their own two-day REAL Trends Leadership Institute program focused on critical leadership skills to help them successfully lead their organizations
    into the future.

What is Ninja Selling?

Ninja Selling is a sales system developed by Larry Kendall and The Group, Inc., Real Estate Associates in Colorado and is now taught nationwide. The system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and then helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about helping people buy.

It is called Ninja Selling because one of The Group sales partners who helped develop the system was nicknamed “The Ninja” by the staff in his office. He had great sales volume, great customer satisfaction and referrals and yet seemed to have a life outside of his career. He had by far the highest income per hour of any salesperson in the company. Larry Kendall began documenting the sales systems
used by the original Ninja and other top sales people at The Group. Ninja Selling is the result.

The mission of Ninja Selling is to help people increase their income per hour through higher customer satisfaction and referrals as well as enhanced sales
systems and communication skills.

Ninja Selling is based upon a belief in abundance and the power of focused
energy and synergy with others. The symbol used for Ninja Selling is the
Japanese symbol for “Ki” or the universal energy (spirit) that connects all things. Ninja Selling is based in the philosophy of the non-violent martial art, Aikido – the way of harmonizing energies.

Here's what others thought about previous NINJA conferences:

“The Ninja program has transformed our entire organization. We are now a driven firm with clear focus on the whole person. We’re selling more with fewer associates.”

- Frank Norton, Jr., President The Norton Agency

“The Ninja program is hands down the best course I have taken and recommended to our associates. There is no other system that can fit the style of virtually every real estate professional and which relies on relationships for success in lieu of traditional advertising, prospecting, and self promotional models. It is a low stress, high touch, and delivers exceptional service.”

- Staige Davis, President Lang Associates

“Thank you on behalf of all of us at Ruhl and Ruhl Realtors. I have received many e-mails from my agents about how your seminar was a life changing experience. You are absolutely having a significant impact on my company and the real estate industry. You are truly an inspiration!”

- Caroline Ruhl, President/Owner Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors
