Mike Selvaggio entered the real estate business in 1975. He is a licensed broker and REALTOR® in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He sells and lists homes, and he also actively markets new-home communities. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Baltimore, and currently holds the GRI, CRS, and CCIM designations from the National Association of REALTORS. He is a broker-owner of Delaware Homes Real Estate, a Ninja-styled real estate firm, with two locations in Delaware. He loves his work.

Personal Information

Mike's wife, Christine, has her doctorate in education and works at the University of Delaware helping teachers improve their delivery methods. His daughter, Andrea, works with Mike and is a CRS designee and agent. Mike lives in Wilmington, Del., and vacations at a summer home in Lewes, Del. Playing golf, fishing, and crabbing are some of his favorite pastimes.
