Professional Information

Zan Monroe is recognized internationally as a real estate industry expert. He consults, writes, records and gives live presentations to thousands of people each year all over the United States, Canada, Bahamas, Costa Rica and Mexico. Since 1999, he has spoken in almost every major city in the United States.  Zan has spoken in churches and bars, basements and warehouses, theatres, grand ballrooms, baseball stadiums and on cruises ships at sea!

He is the Executive Vice President of the Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS® with over 1,400 active members. He is active with the National Association of REALTORS®, the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council (REBAC) and Ninja Selling.

Personal Information

In his spare time, Zan enjoys writing a series of books to inspire readers to live a better life. He has accomplished his goal to inspire and educate 1 million people by January 1, 2010. Now his new mission is “To inspire and educate 10 million people by January 1, 2015!  Zan travels the world serving the needs of his clients but his heart is in his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina with his wife Laura and their two children, Louisa and Cameron.
