As a member of one of Southern Nevada’s oldest family-owned Las Vegas Real Estate business, Lee is a Las Vegas native and has been influenced by Real Estate his whole life. He received his license in 1977 and is currently Broker/President of Century 21 Barrett & Co., Inc., which was established in August of 1959 and the first Century 21 in Nevada.

Lee has been active in various aspects of General, Residential, Land and Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.  Lee holds the ABR, CRB, CRS, ABRM, SRES, SRS and the RRG designations, is certified to teach ABR and CRS National courses. Lee also holds his Personal Property Appraiser certificate.

Personal Information

Lee is a second generation real estate broker, president and owner of his family owned practice, which was established more than 50 years ago.  Having over 30 years of real estate experience, Lee is a practicing real estate agent in the Las Vegas market. During his career, he has been a top listing agent, averaging over 150 listings a year.

He teaches with humor and insight in today’s market and its complexities. As an instructor, he creates an experience that provides practical applications that can be put to use after leaving his classes.  Creating behaviors and attitudes that will earn students more money in today’s market, Lee motivates and challenges his students to dream big and achieve their goals

Lee is very involved in his community. He volunteers as Dean of the Nevada Association of REALTORS’ leadership program. Lee has had many prestigious titles throughout the years, serving as the President of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS, as well as having been President of the Nevada Easter Seals and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas.
